The ORDER OF CELTIC MYSTERIES is build upon five initiations outlined by W.B. Yeats, MacGregor and Moina Mathers and other initiates of the Order of the G.D. and including a significant influence from the Scottish mystic, William Sharp -- whose fiction and influence on Yeats was so significant it led to an additional version of the first INITIATION OF THE CAULDRON, as well as the decision to define the Order not as the CASTLE OF HEROES, nor an ORDER OF IRISH MYSTERIES, but as the ORDER OF CELTIC MYSTERIES.
Five Initiations over five years to lead the candidate, or WAYFARER, to adepthood in these Celtic Mysteries seems adequate as an alchemical cycle of spiritual transformation:
- INITIATION OF THE CAULDRON (WATER - First Year)
- INITIATION OF THE STONE (EARTH - Second Year)
- INITIATION OF THE SWORD (AIR - Third Year)
- INITIATION OF THE SPEAR (FIRE - Fourth Year)
- INITIATION OF THE SPIRIT (SPIRIT - Final Year)
While Yeats began to outline the beginning initiation for Inner Order Initiation of the Celtic Mysteries; because it was unfinished and given the current outlines, knowledge of the G.D. formulae (the Z Docs), the fifth INITIATION OF THE SPIRIT will serve as both the adeptus grade and as completion & graduation from the ORDER OF CELTIC MYSTERIES.

*Ideally this will be at Thoor Ballylee, Yeats' TOWER. The fourth & fifth Initiation Retreats will be decided as we develop together. Additionally, if you cannot attend a year, the plan is to do the first initiation the first year, the first and second the next, and so on, so that on the fifth year all five will be performed. This gives the Order the best opportunity to spread the seeds for the continuation of the Celtic Mysteries as those who experience the process can then go forth and continue it as they their True Will directs.
Private cabins with heating and double beds speckle the three acres of mountainside, with outdoor and indoor restrooms, and some larger cabins, fire heated sauna and hot tub, outdoor and indoor shower with change room, a massive teepee with it's own fire and plenty of room for the 20 people max that the property can hold for retreats like ours. NB: Social distancing will be easily accomplished as necessary, but the cost for this event has not yet been finalized.
